This property is small compared to a lot of the other resorts, but we go here a year after year because of the beautiful beach and the amazing staff. The property and rooms are spotless and each year they try to make improvements by adding different amenities, including another restaurant and an upgraded kids pool. The food in the restaurants can be a hit or miss at times however the steakhouse is excellent and the sushi bar at the pool is unbelievable. Hands-down, this is the best kept secret in the hotel zone of Cancun. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at this resort many of them have been here for an incredibly long time and it’s nice to see a familiar face. Consistency kindness, and a beautiful view. You can’t get much better than the Wyndham all-inclusive resort.

I absolutely loved this resort. It was clean and the staff was incredible. The breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of options. My favorite thing for lunch was the sushi bar. They had lots of choices and everything was fresh. My only complaint was dinner. I wish there was an Asian resturant on site. I really didn’t have a dinner. That I loved, the food was often overcooked, but that is the reality when cooking for such a large amount of people.

The Wyndham grand was a great when resort for couples wanting to relax, as well as a good resort for children. I found the resort was not overly crowded with children and still enjoyed my stay I love that the kids had their own waterpark on the other side of the hotel. There was easy access to the beach. The grand has multiple pools and jacuzzis. facilities was very clean.

The room was not clean, a plumbing problem in the bathroom water all over the floor and smelled horrible. The dining room table was filthy. The room needed a deep clean. The food was subpar for a resort. I felt completed ripped off and will never return to this hotel or Cancun, after four previous vacations at a different Cancun resort.

Staff were so nice. Only problem we had was the cleaning staff did not come until 5 pm to clean our room for 2-3 days and we sent away as this is way too late. We have come back from the ocean to sleep by then
