Regarding the plastic cups washing process We do have a special machine called monoclean (you can search for it in YouTube) which washes up the plastic cups inside-out with very hot water and after that they leave the plastic cups soaking in water with disinfectant for 1 minute; We are sorry to hear your friends got sick, checking the log book we don´t have any reports in regards to that.
