Really friendly, and hard working staff in every section of the hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and the grounds. The food was brilliant; better than any all inclusive resort I’ve stayed at before. Really, really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here in 2019 when it was The Omni resort, we were hoping to have the same experience as back then. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. We will not come back. The food is not great The activities and entertainment is poor and boring. We recommend renting a cabana everyday that you will be enjoying the pool. The hotel itself is very outdated, rooms are dirty and old and it smells stale. AC doesn’t work properly We have mixed feelings about the Staff, hotel staff was snobby but the restaurant, bartenders and pool staff were excellent! We will save our money and stay at a different resort next time we are in Cancun.

This hotel was a great bang for our buck. We thought the staff was exceptional and courteous. The entire hotel was always being cleaned and amenities being replenished. The entertainment team (Luis, Jesus, Whiskey, Donnie to name a few) was fun all day everyday! Jorge in the Pina Colada Restaurant made our last night so great. Make sure to tip kindly as they are so appreciated and such a great group of people to show appreciation towards.

Hot tub was horribly dirty and cold, Restaraunts were lackluster. Room was clean and drinks were fine although watery or pure alcohol at times, lack of consistency.

Basically only 1 “buffet” for breakfast - also, having to make reservations and being able to get thru to the restaurant then finding it’s all booked up - the biggest is constantly being chased down to join thirty”Members” club - I would like to just walk thru the lobby without being harassed
