The staff Juan Carlos Garcia and his team were amazing! Delicious food plenty of variety. We had a small issue at the Italian restaurant there but this staff made it up to us 3x excellent service! Room cleaning was good. 4 different pools including a bar jacuzzi we loved it 2nd time at this hotel.

Pools and Beach were beautiful and well maintained. I stayed in a Villa and did not have air conditioning on the top floor my entire stay - my room was 80-90 degrees the entire stay. Called front desk on first night (Saturday) to tell them AC on 3rd floor not working, someone finally came on Wednesday and it worked for 6 hours and stopped working again. Made sleeping very difficult and also putting on makeup and doing hair for dinner was impossible because it was way too hot.

Our stay was amazing based on the price that we paid. The staff was amazing, the service folks were beyond polite and accommodating, and if any issue arose, they did a good job solving it. The view was priceless and the beach breath taking. The restaurant Manager on Duty, Fernando, was a super man. We had a group of 26 people and he was able to get us seating every night. Overall we are happy with the experience. My only complain is for Travelocity for not communicating clearly the condition of the hotel due to some recent hurricanes and the COVID. Some of the restaurants were closed, these were the important ones, such as Brazilian Steakhouse. Travelocity needs to do a better job setting proper expectations so the hotel doesn't get bad review.

The room was very clean! All the waiters super friendly. At the entrance Mr. David was very nice and always helped us with any questions. Food was good. All the staff was very very nice!
