fun and friendly staff. Great pool and pool bar. Beachside tikis are great if able to get one. First come first serve. the sushi place is outstanding. breakfast had many choices( buffet style). Same for dinner. The italian specialty restaurant was ok, but prob wouldnt bother repeating. sushi as stated is diff. story- AMAZING. The activities staff was fun. the hotel provides fun activities throughout the day( pool/ beach volleyball, Karoeke.. etc). Room were clean with cold AC. went with a party of 13 and would 100% book again .

Food could have been better. Certain things were consistently good but would habe preferred addition of seasoning to everthing. Wish the DJ wasnt rigjt next to the building but closer to the beach. Reaulted with manageable noise but wpyld habe been nicer if quiter. Didnt know ocean view would result with conatant music from pool below. Not ADA accesible, so hard on knees walking up lots of flights of steps and steep ramps daily. Staff hardworking overall. Value was decent for whag we got. The que ball for the pool table wasnt returned , so wasnt able to play. Unfortunately due to all the steps, ramp and ok food- wouldnt return.

Our stay was wonderful. The master suite is amazing. Close to shopping and a two minute walk to the pool or beach. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Just spent 5 night at Hotel NYX with my husband and 3 teens. The staff are incredible especially the beach wait staff they are busting their butts serving everyone on the beach. Food was really good. The beach was beautiful well maintained and the lifeguard was vigilant. The bartenders were great and the cleaning crew did a good job. I will say some of the policies were just a bit annoying. My daughter wasnt feeling well and I wasnt "allowed" to bring her food. Also, I initially put on the reservation we were celebrating my sons bday and they responded that it was added AND we were asked about it at check in and we confirmed it but there was never anything done. Not a door banner or sang HBD nothing. My Son is a bit shy so I didnt push it but it a little disappointing. It was a family bday/Fathers Day trip. Overall we had a great time. I miss the pepino locos and rum rummers on that beautiful beach.

Smaller, local property with super friendly staff. Rooms freshly remodeled and very quiet. Food is better than the big resorts, and the on-site Italian and Japanese restaurants are 15/10 for over the top delicious food and ambience. Some decor and the gym is a little out of date, but having the rooms be so modern is nice. Plan to come back!
