Older property which needs updating. No amenities, and the furnishings are old. Took a long time for the water to heat up in the shower. Air conditioning works but not well. Strong smell of cleaning products. Had to pay in cash. Only positive thing is that it is near the bus station and will do for overnight.

Very convenient location only meters away from the ADO bus station. Can’t beat the price and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Hot water and a fully air conditioned room is necessary in a humid place like Cancun.

The Hotel is located at convenient place around transportation specially ADO and shopping places. The only thing it wasn't too much hot water.

The room is large and clean. Overall it was a good deal. Served its purpose. I have a bad knee and I was on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Best thing about this property is location next to ADO bus terminal, so very convenient if Cancun isn’t your destination but you need to overnight before continuing your journey by bus.

Friendly Staff

Staff from day and evening were friendly, they're tried to help as much as they can. And they clean our room everyday, gave fresh towels and made beds. It's just I had to log on to wifi everytime. But everything was good! Easy access to most of we needed by the time we stayed! Superb Service!

good budget option

Hotel is convenient, only one block from the ADO bus station. Area is OK but not exactly central. Hotel is comfortable, but probably not geared to foreigners since the large TV had absolutely no channels in English so was useless for me and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very good budget hotel

Great location right next to the bus station. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a very good budget hotel. Friendly staff and a good-sized room.

Needed a place to stay before we flew out in the morning. Bed and air conditioning. Block away from the ADO bus station. You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They overcharged me even with the hotels.com reservation. I stayed there before and it is a half block to the bus station so it is very convenient. Just don't leave your room late at night because it is a rough neighborhood. For some reAson you had to pay in pesos when you got there. hotels.com didn't or wouldn't take the card. Strange

Downtown at Bus Terminal extreme noisy-CASH ONLY

The Hotel is only 50 Meters from the ADO Bus Station, thats why i booked it ---i needed Bus to the Airport early in the morning The Stuff only speaks Spanish- so learn some basics Bring cash, the Hotel does not accept credit cards, you have to pay before you check in- i had to walk around to find an ATM before checking in - the rooms are clean as they can get considering the overall apperance of house, furniture etc i have seen worst on my travel, one really big issue--- if you wanna rest you will be able to sleep between 2 and 4 at night other then that it is simply impossible- let me tell you, i lived in miami beach on the hot spot

Queria apenas um hotel ao lado do terminal ADO. Objetivo atingido, mas este hotel é muuuuito ruim. Atendimento péssimo, com os funcionários atendendo sem vontade, quarto ruim. A noite o barulho da rua não para, com polícia, alarme, gritaria, etc. Se tivesse que ficar por aqui de novo escolheria outro hotel. Ah, só aceita pagamento em dinheiro.
