There wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. It only works in the common areas. We complained about it and they said they are trying to make it work but nothing changed. Also the “continental breakfast” they offer has fruits and bread. That’s it. The property is really nice and fancy but there are certain shortcoming.

The hotel overall is nice. It has a nice view from the balcony and the bamboos for the hallways are also good for taking pictures. However just like most of Mexico they keep trying to rip you off because you are a foreigner. The intercontinental breakfast is just juice, bread and some fruits. Limited food choices on the menu. The area isn’t the best for tourist as the Ubers were finding it difficult to find the hotel and everything (the strip) is 30mins away.

was shocked by what happened during my stay. The hotel gave another guest a key card to my room, and she actually entered while we were sleeping. It was frightening and completely unacceptable. When I went to the front desk, the staff member kept repeating “okay, okay” with no real concern. He only apologized once he realized I was holding him accountable for his mistake. This is a serious safety issue. Guests should never have to worry about strangers being given access to their room. I ultimately left and chose a hotel that prioritizes hospitality and safety, where security was taken seriously. The manager promised a partial refund but never followed through, which only confirmed how little accountability this hotel takes.

Nothing worked at this property. They had to change my room 3 times because one thing or the other was not working in the room. The spa was not available as advertised, and they had no reason for this. I would have said this was a great value for the price, but based on my experience, I got what I paid for. To top it off, the last room they put me in had roaches in it. Since it was the last day of my stay, I just said nothing as I was already done with the hotel. I will say the staff were friendly. I can't blame the condition of the hotel on the people who work there.

The staff were so friendly, anything we needed they were attentive. We also got our room upgraded for free with its own pool and a 7/11 nearby was such a convenience. The only disappointment was that they were renovating the forth floor so most amenities weren’t available.
