What impressed us most was the staff's dedication. I remember some staff names. Gonzalo, the bartender, has incredible energy and kindness with every guest who approaches his bar to order drinks. At Frida Restaurant, the servers, Francisco and Carlos, treated us like royalty every day, and their joy and happiness were contagious from the moment we arrived. Another exceptional employee is Leonardo, a waiter at La Isla Restaurant, with genuine charisma that makes even the most demanding guests leave the restaurant happy after receiving his service. On the beach, Maria, a wonderful person who made us feel that her sole purpose was to ensure every guest felt happy. Damian, a tireless and incredibly friendly young man, was fantastically dedicated to his guests, always asking, "What can I do to make you feel even better?" Alex, another person at the beach who is in charge of digging holes in the sand for the umbrellas, does it with impressive kindness and cheerfulness, constantly interacting with the guests with a smile. Other fantastic staff members are the security guards; I can't remember their names, but I know one of them is from Tabasco, like the chili pepper. He was always very attentive, knowledgeable about the location of every place in the hotel, and on top of security. I don't remember the guys' names at the cafeteria near the lobby. Still, they were always cheerful and very attentive. Thank you to all of you at the Hard Rock Cafe in Cancun for such a wonderful stay.
