The capsule hotel was an interesting experience. Despite the cheap price, it was well maintained. They were actively cleaning when I was there. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist your needs. The capsule was cozy and well insulated from noise. The hotel gives you a large storage locker to store your things. I was able to store a carry-on suitcase and a travel backpack, with some space to spare. You also get a key card for your capsule so it is safe to leave things in your capsule. The bathroom is well maintained and was cleaner than what I was expecting. The hotel is located in the hotel zone. You can go from the airport directly to the hotel by directly taking a ADO bus and a 2 minute walk. The hotel is also close to the public access points of the many beaches. Since its located in a plaza, it is near many shops and restaurants. It felt really safe. The hotel is worth a stay if you want something of good quality at a cheap price and convenience.

As good as capsule hotel can get. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, although only one guy speaks english. Close to the beach and quiet at night so i got a good sleep.

En un principio estaba esceptica de que tan comoda seria una capsula, pero la verdad como tenia el dia lleno de actividades solo la use para dormir y descansar. El baño es compartido sin embargo tiene suficientes duchas y sanitarios privados para todos, aparte cuando yo llegue tuve el baño literalmente para mi sola porque no habia nadie mas, lo cual me parecio extraño pero los host siempre fueron amables y muy atentos. Me ofrecieron desayuno y yo nisiquiera sabia wue se i cluia pero como dije tenia el dia lleno de actividades y no lo pude aprovechar. La capsula es muy espaciosa (yo reserve la queen) y la tele tiene roku y A/C el cual funcionaba perfecto. El ultimo dia escuche que un huesped mas llego y se escuchaba toda la conversacion lo cual me hace entender porque hay letreros en todos lados de guardar silencio una vez dentro de la capsula, incluso te piden ver tv con audifonos. Lo unico que me parecio inseguro es que la capsula solo se cierra pero no con llave lo cual significa que cualquiera puede llegar y abrirla, por eso asumo que tenes lockers para guardar tus cosas pero yo no sabia ni como abrirla al principio. Me hubiera gustado que el primer dia que llegue me explicaran eso las funcionalidades de la capsula, como modificar el color de las luces ( te la dejan en azul al llegar pero la podes cambiar a cualquier otro color) y puyando botones descubri que habia luz blanca, A/c, etc. En resumen me gusto pero no lo recomiendo por una visita muy extendida.

This property is closed due to electrical issues! I arrive from my reservation and was met with a big sign on the door and everything locked. I then found myself homeless and scrambling for a place to stay since no notice was given to me that this place had been closed. And it apparently had been closed weeks before!!!!

Capsules great, bathrooms not so much

The capsules are great although a little worse for wear. As other mentioned the bathroom system is primitive and outdated, it felt very dirty and I avoided taking showers at the hostel.
