Great service, but disappointed with Dinner

Pros: It is beautiful
Cons: More dinner option for families with kids.
We had great service all around the hotel. Staff was always with big smile. The hostess from the buffet restaurant, Manuela, was awesome. She would always call my baby girl by name and she loved that. They also had some musicians that would come and play on the tables and they were great. The only thing we were not happy about it was that we could not make dinner reservations because the other restaurants dont accept kids younger than 12 years old.

Nice beach with excellent view

We enjoyed our first 6 days Cancun all inclusive vacation at this resort. The overall experience was good. We got free upgrade to the Premier Tower with free wifi and private access to the beach, that was very nice. There were a few things we would like the hotel to change. First there is no door in the bathroom, the toilet does not have a fan. The elevator is very tiny, slow and has no fan/vent either. It was very hot in Mexico at this time of the year and I felt out of breath every time we rode the elevator back and fort to our room. I wish there could be more selections/varieties at the buffet. We travel with kids so going to the fine dining restaurant was not an option for us but after 2 days eating at the buffet, we were about to be done. I have to give credit to the hotel staffs for most of them were very nice and helpful. My concierge however was not very attentive, met us once at check in and never saw him again. Lastly, got trapped into the whole "royal membership" that wasted almost 5hrs of our time (they told us it's only lasted about 1hr).

Rooms not as booked

I booked our trip 4 months in advance for two double rooms got there to check in and there were none available all they could give us was King rooms so it was not as comfortable as it would have been had we been granted our original booking.

Who takes dress pants on a tropical vacation????

we arrived on monday, 6/19 and made reservations at the resort italian restaurant, there was no openings prior to thursday, so took the 9:00 pm reservation 6/22, when our party of 8 arrived at resort restaurant we were turned away because the gentlemen with us did not wear nor pack slacks for this tropical vacation, i will never stay at this snobby resort & i will make sure to let family & friends in Chicago know not to stay at this resort!!!

Very nice pool; right on the beach. food BAD!

All inclusive with beautiful beaches and pool areas. Rooms very nice and scenic. Food in restaurant Italian was horrible. Loved breakfast at buffet. Very disappointed in overall restaurant foods. Shows were nice but not big production. Hamburger really good and pizza. Bad fooos!

Nice Hotel close to the beach

We had a great time during our stay June 5th-10th. The food was good, reservations were good. Everyone was really great. Ana at the front desk was wonderful during check in. The hotel staff at the pool and beach were so much fun! Miguel at the pool side bar was great! Martin at the Italian Restaurant was the best! Loved it! I do have to say the beds were a kind of hard, but not to the point where they were unbearable. Slept good, and the bathrooms were very nice.

Beautiful Hotel on a beautiful part of the beach

Pros: Beautiful property for the price! Great Staff and beautiful beach!
Cons: Maybe some different theme nights for the buffet.
We have stayed twice now at this hotel and we love it. We stayed in the Villas and the rooms are just amazing. Very clean, very comfortable and they have a beautiful Ocean front view. The beach at this hotel is beautiful and very clean. The water is a little rough but the beach is very clean. The hotel is very well maintained. The food is some of the best we have had and they always have a wide variety available. We will definitely be back to this hotel!!!

Love Rock, a 6-meter-high (20-foot) promontory and popular wedding site, divides the Cancun resort's beach frontage into a 100-meter (109-yard) segment and a 69-meter (75-yard) segment. Although all Cancún beaches are open to the public, Love Rock at one end and a bluff at the other make it difficult for outsiders to access the shorter stretch, effectively creating a tranquil "private" beach furnished with thatched-roof palapas, sun loungers, and beach towels for resort guests.
