Everyone was very friendly and the resort was comfortable and clean. Food was overall really good and the isla restaurant was excellent. The pools are amazing and the beach was clean and the sand soft.

The resort and rooms were beautiful. The food was good but the lines to get a table at the buffet was so long everytime, and then once inside the line for omelet's was also very long! The coffee shop was nice but slow and the barista was never sure if they had espresso or not and needed improvement. The evening shows were not in a consistent place so we never could figure out what was happening in the evenings, we fortunately saw activity and went to see a few but was difficult to find. We had photos done and the photography place was easy to work with. My family has been to alot of resorts in Mexico and while this place was nice we would likely not return to this one.

This is a genuine all inclusive hotel with Mexican hospitality. The staff are kind and attentive and the beach and pools were very enjoyable. The food and service was lovely. You feel like you are in Mexico even if you never leave the resort. I hope

Bed comfort is really good,but the noise for the early morning is so much around the room.. I don’t know why they putted us around the room with a lot of children’s in one room (5)in room 715 we have 716..Terrible with the noise..But the resort it’s for families.. Maybe it’s our fault..Thanks.

The hotel is not recommended for families with children. It lacks facilities suitable for kids. There are very few restaurant options available. The food quality is poor, and the service is bad. The only slightly better restaurant is the steakhouse, but it’s nearly impossible to get a reservation. The room facilities are outdated, and the beach is extremely dirty, with a lot of seaweed left uncleared. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

This property is in one of the best locations . Very beautiful resort with excellent views, private beach , easy accessibility to certain water related activities. . The staffs were welcoming, courteous and knowledgable. The rooms were ok although I wish the floor were carpeted . The beds were comfortable. Regarding dining options , we liked the breakfast buffet . There were not much options on lunch and dinner but food was good. We could not get a dinner reservation in steak house at Havana club even though we tried to book it few days earlier. Overall we enjoyed our stay here as a family. Definitely worth the money.

1st time going to Cancun and the experience was amazing the staff I have never felt to pampered, if you get a chance go check out the spa my daughter and I had a relaxing experience, we also enjoyed the food the restaurants the only so so experience we had was at the steakhouse it was mid and staff forgot about us and we didn’t get the drinks we ordered the steaks were ok , also the fiesta rewards is a sham don’t fall into it for families who don’t have time to travel as much they made us listen to a 2hr presentation and would not take no for an answer they also promised a cabana and tickets to show and we got nothing but out time wasted that we could have been enjoying on the beach , overall we loved it the staff was amazing and planning on going back but this time not list to any presentations.

Food is just ok not really have many good choice as my opinion. Concierge where you book for restaurant- 1 lady was so unprofessional. Front desk service to slow and so confusing.

This hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, but dining here is far from convenient. You have to book a reservation for every restaurant in advance, but most of the time, everything is already fully booked. If you’re just a few minutes late, your reservation gets canceled. The only alternative is the open buffet, which offers the same limited selection of food every day. It feels like a clever way for the hotel to take your money without actually giving you what you paid for. Sometimes, it seems like they forget that I’ve already paid for my meals upfront—it’s not a favor to let me in, it’s what I’m entitled to.

This hotel has something for everyone I liked everything about it so much that i was back in less than a month the food is excellent at the whole resort i have no complaints about and they have plenty of options you can get food anytime anywhere the room service menu is great the service is one of the best if not the best i have had around the world they really know what they are doing i’ll be back very soon!
