I started off by being told they did not receive my email for transportation to pick me up so have to pay at the airport to get to the airport as they would not send anyone to come pick me up. The staff was okay but I did have my favors that made my trip great. To make reservations there was one young lady who never need to be at the desk. I could never get her name but if you needed to make reservations please see Arturo Santillan, he was the best ever and made things happen for you. Also, each resort try to do their sales presentation and I only did and Nere was great when I asked her a question and I almost brought it but didn't like how you pay and still have to pay. The food was okay nothing to jump up and down on. Antonio at the buffet was the BEST! Ask for him. There were too MANY kids at this resort. I should had went with the adult only but wanted to try their steakhouse and it was okay. The food was okay small portions on the sides and steak was good but service was lousy. All I wanted to do was leave. The Mexican restaurant is very upscale so don't expect the usual Mexican food but the service, staff and band that sung to me was the BEST! The room was good however had to complain twice about not having any hot water. By the time they offered to move I only had one day of cold shower to take. The pool bars closed at 6:00 p.m. every night so if you like to hang outside the pools close early. I had a great time but with what I listed I won't
