The service at the resort was amazing. They are attentive and take care of every little detail. The SPA is luxurious, and leaves relaxed and refreshed, Alexa, Alma, Guadalupe took care of us and were a constant blessing. The picture don't do it justice, with views that are spectacular. While the resort has the looks of a luxury escape, the experience fell short in key areas. The crowded atmosphere made it feel more like a convention center than a relaxing getaway. The spa not being included was a huge letdown—especially when the staff made zero effort to help when I had trouble paying. It didn’t feel like I was a valued guest, more like someone sneaking in for a discount facial. My room was way too far from the elevators, making every trip feel like an Olympic event. And don’t get me started on the WiFi, which barely worked—super frustrating when you’re trying to relax and scroll memes in peace. To top it off, the lack of trust in letting guests charge services to their room made everything more complicated than it needed to be. For the price and the hype, I expected smoother service, stronger support, and way less stress. Would I come back? Only if the spa is free, the WiFi is upgraded, and they give me a room that doesn’t require a map and snacks to reach. 🙃

Fantastic stay with my family! I came with 2,& 3 yr olds in mid July. The resort is big enough that non of the 6 pools ever get crowded. Also have kids zone which was perfect for my kids. Nice and quiet private beach! Some seaweeds in mid July( but it wasn’t too bad). Many restaurant options. Excellent customer service and clean rooms every day. Resort is dated but everything is nicely maintained and worked perfectly for us. The only downside the coffee :( We will definitely come back!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
What a disappointment! Property is old and falling apart. Long lines everywhere you go. AC is not working well in restaurants and other common areas so you’re sweating bullets. Did I mention long lines to the buffet? Service is non existent. Instead of relaxing you’re chasing staff for every little thing. I played extra for the day beds and had no service at all. Also someone took our umbrella and I was chasing staff for 30 minutes to get us a new one. All the good reviews are mostly due to staff hassling guests for reviews instead of doing their job. Also, the beach is mediocre at best. Skip!
