This was our second stay at the end of the week of our vacation. It was a different experience being in an older room. Was okay, comfortable and satisfactorily clean. Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful and appreciated. We will stay here again.

We booked this hotel in particular because of the 24 hour airport shuttle and the availability of a king-sized bed. Upon arrival, we were informed that only a room with two double beds was available. There is a shuttle, but we cannot book it in advance, making us nervous for the morning's availability. After a long day, this check in was less than ideal.

I got the shuttle at the airport and the driver was so lovely! Arrived. Checked in. Again lovely person. The room is very clean and quite cute. Bed is comfy. Not too hard not too soft. Very pleased for a stopover night.

The beds, view and restaurant were great. The shower was too weak and disperse. The AC was fairly quiet and good. While housekeeping gave us new supplies, they didn't clean our room during our 3 night stay so we ended up with dust bunnies. The front desk was helpful and spoke English. There was a free shuttle to the airport. Most of the lounge chairs by the pool were broken. There was self laundry. The room was generous, and we got extra pillows and blankets when requested. It was pretty dark at night as there was no standing lamp. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great about this hotel big pool with towels and service walk in shower very clean all staff was very helpful great breakfast outside sitting areas and transportation to airport every 30 minutes unheard of other places and only 10 minutes from airport and you could catch a bus to Cancun if you wanted right by the hotel will definitely stay here again

Hotel propre et confortable. Les dejeuner sont corrects. La navette pour l’aéroport est un plus, bien que pour les joindres ca ne fut pas facile , on les a rejoint au 4ieme numero mais ils sont arrivés tres rapidement, le etour a l’aéroport tres facile. Le restaurant est tres cher pour la qualité.
