We were locked out of our room prior to our check out time. When we went to the front desk to gain access they told me the card I had used to pay for room service the night before had not worked. Told me I needed to pay with a different card or cash. I looked at my account and the charge was pending - so I gave them a different card and they ran the charge a second time. We went and gathered our things and came back to check out. Now the first charge had cleared, so I showed the employee the charge on my account - she now told me it would take two weeks to reverse.

Carlos at the front desk and David in your restaurant were great representations of what makes Marriott great. However, when we got to our room, we discovered that you could not leave a light on or plug-in a night light due to the fact that you had to shut off the main switch at the door in order to shut off the two light fixtures near the bed. We had to turn on our flashlights on our smart phones in order to use the bathroom.

The place is worn out, nothing like the photos. My shower was clogged, and the sheets were stained. They charged me $ 1 for a plastic spoon. The only positive was that it’s close to the airport and the transportation, but I guess an Uber would’ve been just a couple of bucks.
