This was our second stay at the end of the week of our vacation. It was a different experience being in an older room. Was okay, comfortable and satisfactorily clean. Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful and appreciated. We will stay here again.

Great hotel for an overnight at the Cancun airport. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Only drawback when we stayed was the exit off the highway to the hotel was closed and so we had to go an extra 3 kms to a turnaround and then same distance back.

when we arrived they told us hotel was fully booked and we went to different place to stay instead and hotel lobbst said we got a better deal or something. also we had to wait at the airport for being picked up for over an hour with kids. it was horrible experience.

My stay here was OK. The best part is that it is close to the airport, there is a free shuttle to the airport, and the ride is just like eight minutes. My room was clean and spacious as well. The only factors that I couldn’t support giving it above three stars have to do with the fact that the hotel is just very plain. The carpet in the hallway is kind of worn grimy a little bit smelly and you know chairs and spaces around the hotel were just overall worn.

The staff was all extremely helpful, warm, and hard-working. The breakfast was nice. Not too crowded and well maintained. The condition of the hotel seemed fine. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable and I did not sleep well but to be fair I have yet to come across a comfortable mattress in all the midrange places I’ve stayed at in Mexico. It wasn’t outstandingly horrible compared to other hotels in this price range in Mexico. But…. The smell of the cleaning products was enough to ruin my stay. It smelled like a veterinarian exam room. Clean? Sure, but at the price of a near vomit inducing smell from the gross cleaning products they used. Overpowering scent.

I read all the reviews before staying here, so I’ll address what I remember. My plane was late so we got to the hotel around 10:30 and check in was quick with no waiting. (The next night 150 passengers from a cancel flight arrived at once and it took them 3 hours to check in.) Having not had supper we were a little upset to learn that the restaurant closes around 10:00 (room service is available 24 hours +50% extra surcharge on all menu) , the restaurant is fairly $$$$ like many hotel restaurants in Cancun -$25 for a hamburger platter. We chose to just get a bunch of food from the Oxxo that is attached to the south side of the hotel. This store proved to be very useful for our two day stay. OX beer $3 Hotel beer $10 later we realized there was a Subway at the gas station <10 minute walk south. Breakfast was better than most hotels similar priced in area. The pool and garden is beautiful. We enjoyed our time there. The shuttle airport to hotel was very efficient. I was a little worried because when I went to call the hotel I realized they says to book two days in advance, but I called the hotel on arrival and they said the shuttle would be at our terminal within 10 min It arrived within 9. Shuttle back to air/P is on sch. Every 30m in day. Thought I got the room with the broken lamp but found a little switch on the bottom If you put don’t disturb sign they won’t knock For the cheaper price this is my new fav CUN airport hotel.(40th trip to Mex) Only Avani was better

We were locked out of our room prior to our check out time. When we went to the front desk to gain access they told me the card I had used to pay for room service the night before had not worked. Told me I needed to pay with a different card or cash. I looked at my account and the charge was pending - so I gave them a different card and they ran the charge a second time. We went and gathered our things and came back to check out. Now the first charge had cleared, so I showed the employee the charge on my account - she now told me it would take two weeks to reverse.
