The stay was terrible! We checked out a day early. I reserved a king bed ocean view room. That is not what we were given. Furthermore, there were all sorts of problems with the room — toilet not flushing, shower not draining, non working safe. And the condition of the room…. At the very least a fresh coat of paint. The “rooftop bar” is a joke. Not at all a rooftop bar. 8 lounge chairs & a couple sitting chairs on a cement slab are hardly what one would call a rooftop bar. I made management aware of all the issues and yet did nothing! They even admitted room 408 is a terrible room… and yet nothing.

The room's temprature was unable to be regulated. It was very cold throughout the stay and we were told that there was no heater in the room. Maintenance came into adjust the fan but the room quickly turned back to being cold.

Room was spotless and well taken care of, staff was wonderful. I was a solo traveller and felt safe and welcomed in the hotel, i appreciated that its not a party hotel and was quiet while I was there for a conference.
