Service was good, Bell boy Matheo Lopez was very helpful and always had a positive attitude. He seemed to be attentive to those who stayed in the hotel. Reception staff were also very kind and provided good service. Now the drinks… the drinks were not good. Maybe they need to switch up juice brand or something.

The hotel is dirty, the food breakfast is terrible, the room is old and very bad conditions , its incredeble that travelocity has in his repertory this kind of hotels

Some beach or pool towels would have been nice. The roof top pool was always freezing. Free breakfast was the same everyday.. mostly just breads and fruits.

The bathroom door had a mirrored reflective surface. if the light was on the person outside can see right through to the other side. The roof pool looks nothing like the photos, very deceptive. We ended up moving to the Moon Palace because Aloft is not very family-friendly. I recommend booking an all-inclusive resort or hotel to avoid the trauma

First off I will start with the things I did not like about the property and the amenities When we checked into the hotel to get a staff were very nice but as we go into our room it has a very distinctive smell like feces which is actually coming from the water from the sewer system second of all the shower was absolutely filthy and there is pieces of it crumbling and mold inside the shower. The next thing is they are very cheap with the staff service and bringing up towels and a fresh clean linens it took them forever and for phone calls and they do not stock our towels that every single time we had to call multiple times and they are very cheap with everything. Next I was very disappointed with the pool and the way that the photos were shown on the website and on the Travelocity hotel website. The pool at the hotel was pretty decently clean and warm it was not ice cold. But was very deceiving.
