Extremely load in rooms from the rooftop bars across the street. Very annoying and the staff can't speak any English. They should know the basics any guest will ask on a daily basis. Ice Machine, what a washcloth and towel is. Bad management

This was my fifth time staying at the El.Cortez and I truly enjoy the petite cabana's. This is a smoke free environment, no slots in the building. I'm always appreciative that they give me my room when I arrive earlry in the day. Next time in Vegas I'll stay again

Stayed for my birthday . I had to check out a day early because the rooms was too hot and nobody helped my with the temperature. Upon checking out at the front desk. I inform them stating I had the check out a day early since nobody has helped my with the air conditioning and employee proceeded to check out my reservation with out even showing sympathy and listening to me. Check out only took one minutes and proceeded to say you have a good as If my concern was not valid.

We were put in a smoking room as two nonsmokers. The room was dirty and was never cleaned while we were there. No bath mat, wash clothes, and only one towel.

Be aware-room double booked!

Not a good experience, the room was double booked, at 3am I was woken up by someone trying to get into my room. Contacted the front desk and they called security. That’s when I found out about it being double booked. I was not moving to another room. When I checked in my key room bracelet worked and no other luggage was in the room. Talked to front desk manager after I checked out about compensation for the room, no response back about it. It was their mistake not mine.
