Room was not cleaned prior to my checking in
When I got to my room after checking in it was apparent they hadn't actually cleaned it from the previous person. And the cable was down. And the electronically controlled window shades weren't working. In fairness within two, two and a half hours of checking in, everything was taken care of including cleaning the room. But very disappointing. And I like to stay here and will continue to do so. I believe they did give me a 15% discount. But they need to better. Everyone can have a bad day. But the reputation of this place took a hit.
