"Can’t remember the name of the lady the checked us in.. but she was so nice and welcoming.. however I wanted a hot bath and the tub had hair in it & hair was on the wall.. i understand that there’s 1000s of rooms to clean but cleanliness is a must for me and hair is a pet peeve.. other than that loved my stay."

"In this day and age hold bars in the shower are essential. It's irresponsible not to have them. A towel holder would be nice as well. Otherwise, I had no problems and a very good stay. "

"Staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and organized, it is close to most of the touristic attractions and popular restaurants in the area. The security team was very helpful in helping retrieve packages we had ordered, overall stay was amazing and we would surely come back."

"The hotel lobby, was amazing, the elevators are unique… but the rooms need to renovate, the drywall paper is coming apart in the whole room including the bathrooms, and housekeeping was the worse, never clean our room in 3 nights 4 days of stay. Very disappoint in that particular area. The rest was excellent, very nice hotel staff from the greeter thru the lobby employees !"
