We are so sorry that the parking charges came as a surprise to you. Parking charges are posted on the website and are standard at any reputable hotel in the area. Although our parking charges are significantly less than most.

Room service was just okay. Definitely disappointing to see the pool/spa closed, but regulations, I get it but definitely disclose that before we book. The gym was available for 45 minutes by reservation. Would also be nice to know parking was an extra charge each night.

I liked the closet door with the mirror and reading lights. I do not like that the bathroom does not lock and the toilet paper being behind.

Hockey central. They sponsored a tournament. I would suggest they offee a tournament discount so more attendees woukd stay there
