While a few staff members were kind and friendly, the experience overall did not meet our expectations. It was especially concerning that the hotel did not have bandages or a basic first-aid kit available when needed. Very limited outside seating near the pool.

Room was clean and front desk lady was very kind and helpful. What I did not like was upon arriving to the front desk after booking online, the hotel hits you with a surprise $23 “resort fee”. I checked in after 11pm and checked out before 7:30am. Why do I need to pay a resort fee and why is it a surprise?? Why is it not transparent in the online fee. This is kind of a scam and not appreciated
