They used to welcome you(if you're a repeat customer)with a lei. Now you have to buy it from a vending machine. I will not patronize this establishment again. I'll wait for the new Hilton.

I like the ease of the property, located directly across the famous statue of Waikiki. This hotel is wonderful if you are looking for, quite get the higher floors, accessible, comfortable and friendly.

our room was so clean and spacious, had the best ocean view + 3min walk to the beach!! The breakfast buffet was so good and delicious! love the variety and options! Most importantly, the service, their staff and crew are the nicest especially the breakfast buffet people!! Loved every bit of our stay.

We loved this hotel! We had stayed at their sister hotel Hyatt Place for 5 nights prior and wished we had just booked the entire stay at Hyatt Regency. The toilet bidet was a big hit and the view was incredible. They switched us to a full ocean view at our request and it was so worth the extra money. Everyone was kind to us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, central to shopping, dining and beach. Loved the lei-making, Ukelele, rainbow ribbon bracelet classes. Easy base to take tours. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms were a bit older but clean. Loved the oceanfront balcony and watched pet surfing competition from the comfort of our room!

Concierge D Chen was very helpful with booking our excursions. Bartender Tony at the pool bar was awesome! All staff were super friendly & welcoming. When we 1st walked in our room the air freshener smell was amazing! Beautiful ocean view of Waikiki beach.
