"The hotel was immacumate. My room was clean and smelled clean. I like that they dont keep coffemakers in the room i think that way the room stays cleaner. Also, is next door to Universal so most people stay here to sleep only and hop in one of the park shuttles. I apprecciated not having to pay for an inclusive breakfast, but they still offer a paid breakfast for those who most eat before they venture."
