"Terrible experience. Staff was extremely rude. The rooms were very catfish. I paid hotel prices for motel quality, the blind didn’t even close completely. Then when a situation occurred with another guest, a grown man taking videos of my underage sisters and two other teenage girls at the pool in their bathing suits staff and management handled the entire situation incorrectly. Disrespected my husband multiple times in the process and allowed the grown man to near assault my mother. To this we told them to either call the cops or we would. We tried the whole time to deescalate the situation and have they’re private security handle it but it was no use. They say it’s a kids resort but refused to protect the kids. Then when my husband requested information for a refund so we could leave and go somewhere where we felt safe the manager kimberly’s response was “what did you want us to do kill the guy?”. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"The property was old dinghy in need of repair and had a very bad smell. We checked in went to the rooms and left immediately. This place is horrible!"
