My room had amenities that I needed for my stay, like a nice size microwave, hot water, coffee, and tea maker, with coffee, tea, sugar, stirrup, no milk, but I had a mini fridge, safe, alarm clock with 2 usb charger, nice size tv, only local channels, $25 for movies, iron board, iron, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap on dispenser, 3 different size towels, hair dryer, free internet, free parking, blanket, comfy pillows, sheets and bed, no noise, we slept like babies, full body mirror, several outlets, outdoor grill in the out door area on the main floor, but I didn’t get to use it, it was removed for outside cleaning. A variety for Breakfast every morning at reasonable hours. Outside pool, not heated, but not too cold to get in, the inside edge around the pool needs to be cleaned. 24/7 gym with equipment needed for cardio and lifting. Love the scent you smell when you walk in from outside, and in elevators, always saw staff cleaning, and friendly, washer and dryer on my floor $4 to wash, $2.50 to dry, credit card or app only, both worked good, the room was a little dusty, and I’m allergic to dust, but I wasn’t sneezing a lot, I took care of it myself, and I didn’t mind. We would definitely stay here again, my stay was just how my spouse and I wanted!!!

Location was off beaten path BUT transportation and trolleys every 10-20 min made for a smooth Get around Rachel, was extremely accommodating, she was so helpful in booking our parks. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Orlando International Drive! Traveling with our dog was easy and comfortable, as the hotel is pet-friendly and welcoming. Our suite was spacious and perfect for a family or group. It included a living room and two bedrooms—one with two queen beds and the other with a king bed. Each bedroom had its own TV and bathroom, which made the stay extra convenient. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare meals when we wanted. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the view was beautiful. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety, and having parking included in the price was another big plus. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, stylish, and pet-friendly—it checked all the boxes. We would love to come back

I will have to say, the Morning Kitchen staff, by far top notch. Great attitude, very friendly, and very very attentive. Between the kitchen staff, the great room with no complaints on room, other than wish there was a chair in the master bedroom, and great staff to include the front desk and bar. Room service I would have to say 3 stars for room service, seemed they weren't using the vacuum, nor restrooms seemed not to be cleaned very often. but as for room service that was only complaints. Everything else top top top notch. Thank you for making my families trip a memorable one and looking forward to rebooking future trips with you all.

Enjoyed this hotel much more than DoubleTree by Hilton outside Universal Studios. Far more modern, nicer rooms, we even had a fridge and kitchen facilities. Bathrooms were clean in the room, but lobby ones needed cleaning. Only thing - they could have provided hand soap at the kitchen sink. We asked for it and was told we cannot have this which seems strange. But overall a good experience and very convenient location.
