The hotel is in a quiet area just off I Drive & everything you need is within an easy walk, 5 mins or so will get you to the biggest McDonalds in the world at the major crossroads. Room was clean on arrival, you need to book if you want housekeeping from then on, one day in advance. Staff were nice & friendly & seemed happy at their work. There is a self service laundry room with 2 washers & 2 driers if needed, $3 per use per machine, we don’t use them so I don’t know how good they are. Small ish pool, not used by anyone but us during our stay but good enough for a dip to cool down. Breakfast available daily with the usual basic fare, coffee, waffle machine, fruit, bread & juices etc. good if you have kids with you or if you want to save a few Bob, dollars, we used it every day. Overall we had a good week here & would recommend it.

I stayed two nights and my room was not made the next morning. The breakfast was only carbs, no protein. The bathroom sink was clogged. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, but the condition of my room was average to say the least. Oh, and one more thing... there was a sign saying you could purchase tickets to Universal parks, but I approached the "sales person" he was really a "timeshare" sales person. Very deceiving. The area were the hotel is located is nice, so that was a plus.

Found a better hotel to book after reading so many reviews about bedbugs and roaches. As well as poor experiences with management and staff. Staff told Hotels.com that they were not going to refund me and the matter has been escalated. Don’t stay here!!!
