I stayed here for 4 nights. The first three nights were great. The room was clean, the amenities are beautiful. But the 4th night the AC was turned off for repair since early day. They left a note on my room saying that the repair was over by 5pm. We returned to the hotel from Disney at 9pm and the AC was still not working. It was so hot and the hotel kept saying to give them 15 min to repair it since 5pm. Totally absurd. This shouldn’t be happening. I left to another hotel.

Unfortunately our hotel stay was cut very short. The AC was not working in the whole building when we arrived. It was told that it would be fixed but we left at 2am due to no AC in the rooms. Which made our stay very uncomfortable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I am upset and appalled at the horrible customer service at this hotel. I arrived just now at 10pm to check in and it’s a longgggggg wait. Only one person checking folks in. It’s hot as heck. So I hear the other guest talking about no AC in their rooms. Mind you I’m checking in! It’s my turn and the lady has an instant attitude. I’m like “good evening my name is so and so” and I stated I heard about the AC. And she goes “yea”. I’m like ok so what’s the status or accommodations, if any. She stated either refund, partial credit, or go to their sister property 10 minutes away but the price wouldn’t be the same! It’s 10pm at night. I asked any estimate of the time the AC will be working? She rolled her eyes and said no and what do I want to do? I immediately asked her name, she didn’t want to give it but needed my ID for the refund. I asked again and she said Sarah L. Then I asked for a email or number for corporate. She said she doesn’t have it. I asked for the hotel manager name. She said they don’t have one lol. This was the WORST experience and I was new coming into chaos with a receptionist with attitude! I wouldn’t stay for FREE! And I have a picture of her and I finally got a card from another staff member.

Dans l’ensemble, c’est un joli hôtel, les chambres sont confortables, la piscine agréable mais… le wifi saute sans arrêt, la pression d’eau est aléatoire, nous n’avons pas eu de climatisation pendant toute une journée et une soirée (avec plus de 30 degrés dehors), pas d’électricité pendant quelques heures… et la « happiness manager » a eu le culot de faire le tour de clients coincés dans le hall (pas d’ascenseur) pour demander de mettre un avis positif sur l’hôtel sur Google. méfiez vous également si vous allez demander un renseignement à la conciergerie, tout ce qu’ils essaieront de faire, c’est de vous faire visiter - en vue d’un achat - un appartement sur une des résidences du groupe en échange d’un bon cadeau. Bref.

I picked this hotel because it was one of the more inexpensive options - but that's because I had to pay for parking for $35 per night! One of the other reasons I picked it was because it said it had a complimentary shuttle to Disney World - but the shuttle left 2 hours before the park opened and then returned at 5:30 pm - 5 hours before the park closed! And those were the only two options of shuttle times. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and clean.
