Property is minimally clean. Very gloomy vibe to say the least. Lighting is not as bright as it’s shown in photos. Staff were very polite but semi helpful. Can definitely use a variety of more toiletries & a few modern touches.

Very close to Michigan Avenue and shopping areas. Valet parking garage is a couple blocks away - not ideal. We wanted to get stuff out of our cars and it wasn’t handled the best. Rooms very nice. All staff were great, helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.
