Everything was great! From the check-in, the cleanliness of the room, to checkout. The staff was welcoming and friendly! The only complaint that my husband had was that the biscuits were hard.

Good location in Evanston; however, it is near train tracks, and we could definitely hear the train going by. The exercise room left a lot to be desired. We felt safe but were surprised that the restrooms were locked and needed to go to the front desk for a key.

The parking ramp roof floors (which account for half of the available parking) were left unplowed a full week after major snow storm, which made for terrible parking and walking conditions in 4-6 inches of snow. This was compounded by the night we stayed, a fresh snow of an additional 6 inches fell, so in some places there is 10-12 inches of snow. Even with an AWD vehicle, I still got stuck! I had to have a maintenance person come and shovel out behind my tires. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing since I paid for parking.

Great location to walk and shop around Evanston. Nice, clean hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Parking was additional charge but reasonable and convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Charged me for parking had no parking inside I go to upstairs lot is covered by a foot of snow and when I brought it up he told me I can drive over the snow yes I know I can but if I’m paying you for a parking spot it should at the very least be clear of snow hadn’t snowed in 4 days
