The hotel was in rough condition. The parking garage was full of leaks which left huge puddles of water and ice near parking spaces. The elevator connecting the garage to the hotel was down. The room where breakfast was served needed renovations and finally I had flea bites when I returned home.

The staffs are great overall. The receptionist Mustafa is particularly helpful and friendly. The hotel is good for the price, will definitely come back again. Breakfast is just ok.

Receptionist was quite abrupt. The hotel feels old and tired; it urgently needs an upgrade. It’s also unacceptable that hotel guests need to pay for parking, since street parking is not an option. I have never heard of any such thing in any other hotel!

Everything was great! From the check-in, the cleanliness of the room, to checkout. The staff was welcoming and friendly! The only complaint that my husband had was that the biscuits were hard.

Good location in Evanston; however, it is near train tracks, and we could definitely hear the train going by. The exercise room left a lot to be desired. We felt safe but were surprised that the restrooms were locked and needed to go to the front desk for a key.
