"The staff were very friendly, the place was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was great! My only suggestion would be to open the windows and air out the room before guests arrive."

7.4/10 Good! (2,225 reviews)

"When I entered the hotel a very unpleasant odour hit me. Seemed to be everywhere. Not sure what it was but all my clothes in my suitcase smell of it. Property felt very tired and needs a facelift. Colours in the hotel and room need a change to brighten up the dreary feel. We had only one chair in ..."

"We stayed here as an overnight to fly out in the am. Enjoyed time in the casino, dinner in the restaurant attached to the buffet and a soak in the hot tub. Room was nice and everything was clean. Only thing we thought could improve was a shuttle to and from the airport. It is difficult to handle luggage on and off the skytrain but at the very least the ticket should be free when you have a reservation. All other hotels nearby have a free shuttle"

Hyatt Place Vancouver/Metrotown

"This appears to be a brand new addition to the Hyatt hotel line. It is built directly across the street from the SkyTrain which will take you straight into Vancouver. And on the other side of the sky train is the Giant metropolis shopping center with hundreds of stores. Who can ask for anything more? The staff are young and attentive, courteous and so polite. I extended my stay three times and I don't usually do that."
