Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The building is very old and poorly maintained. The room was not clean, the floor was very dirty. We had showers and walked onto the floor and our feet were dirty again. There were stains on the wall, and smeared poo marks on the bathroom wall by the toilet paper. There was lots visible dirt and grime. Worst of all, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Would not recommend staying here. I came and talked to the front desk and both people I spoke to gave off they don’t care attitudes.

The bed was really comfortable which is important to me. Also pillows weren't paper thin which was nice. Bathroom massive, nice shower. Clean room. A great place for a stay. Only downside is I happened to be next door to a family with a kid who was loud - walls don't muffle sound too much, but by 11 pm he was out and it was fine. All in all, a great stay.

The building is dated and facilities need a thorough upgrade. It was evident paint had been used to “freshen” things up but that didn’t quite get the job done. There were scratches on the walls, grime on bathroom walls, floors. Staff were great! We had noisy neighbours who were dealt with kindly and professionally. Beds were very comfortable.
