It’s decent for a budget hotel. Staff is friendly. Location is good, really close to the passport office, which is why we stayed there. The breakfast was kinda gross. Rotten milk and eggs. The sausages were like rubber.

Stayed on Thursday night. Hotel is in a not great location right next to the sky train that clatters by regularly. Room was basic. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic. However, what really made this a terrible stay was that the rooms didn’t have hot water. I couldn’t shower, worried that the bedding wasn’t properly cleaned and none of this was states at check in, nor did the hotel contact us before stay. I’ve literally never stayed anywhere that they didn’t even have hot water. Felt like a 3rd world country, not Vancouver . I hope I am offered a refund. Ridiculous.

I checked in quite late and was greeted by the friendliest young man. Had a lovely little chat. Checking out was a just as friendly older gentleman! Hotel was very clean, quiet. Bed is a little firm.
