Jetted tub not working

We booked a king suite with jetted tub because we wanted to used a jetted tub. But we are disappointed because it’s not working. Nobody told us it’s not working. My kid is patiently waiting for water to be filled and when he started pushing the button for the tub it’s not working. Also when we came checked everything and tub has hairs. Gross

The staff go out of their way to make your stay the very best My flight arrived at 8 am and I was at the hotel by 11am. I asked if I could check in and leave my luggage there. They checked and prioritized my room. It took 15 minutes and my room was ready! I told them not to rush as I could I er to the mall but she said just to wait. So impressed I to maker o on my bed before noon!!!!

The hotel was perfectly maintained, and the staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing we didn't like was how loud neighbouring suites were and how little the hotel did to help when informed.

The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and friendly. Our room and the whole hotel was very well designed. We slept so well, which was so needed. Left the hotel feeling refreshed. Loved my stay and will definetly be booking again.
