Room was awful needed to be clean with Bleach and painted professionally also re caulking and grouting needed staff was ok room and clean was sub par at best and the Manager excuse was it's a party resort so they can't wash walls where the elevator is at and clean stainless steel with all the people traffic

The pool was nice, the room was nice, beach was very good. The food, however, was horrendous. Bartenders are only friendly to the Spanish speaking customers.

We had high expectations for this hotel since we been to the ones in Aruba and Los Cabos Mexico. The room smelled, pillows were dirty, the outlets did not work, and the food variety was bad. The only positive was the pools and pool bar area were nice.

The resort was very clean. The food was not that great compared to other resorts. I definitely went off the resort for dinner after the first two nights. I was bored at the resort. I felt like there was not enough to do. The best thing was Riu party.

The hotel has nice common areas and well‑maintained facilities, but the rooms are very deteriorated. I found a cockroach in my room, and I had no TV signal for two days until it was finally fixed on the third day. The bathroom only had low‑quality soap and shampoo, and just two towels with nowhere to hang them. The room was also hard to access, with a very old elevator under repair and the other one far away. The food was decent, although a bit greasy. To book the à‑la‑carte restaurants, we had to line up at 6 PM for about 20 minutes just to make a reservation—something most hotels now handle through an app.
