LIKE: Daily room service, dedicated cleaning staff.
DISLIKE: 10% English-speaking staff. But hey, i'm business your country. I can deal with that.
Being assigned a room that should have been out of service or exchanged after notifying mgmt about and showing mgmt pictures of discrepancies. A band aid on a water bottle, wrinkled bed, indicating use, a toilet constantly running after flushing. It was obvious someone complained and was moved only to put someone else there hoping they wouldn't complain. Someone later mentioned.The service of each hotel is linked to its status. Per a guest this hotel is lower scale than other RIU hotels. The guest were 18-35 with their parents age scattered between. Uncomfortable king bed. I'll add pictures and a video of the bathroom issue to my google review. What they didn't know is that I rank in the top one percent of google reviewers for restaurants and hotels. If you treat everyone equally you never have to worry about this. No genuine help, it took 30 min to find room. I was given a key card and told is that way to the left. I finally found a staff member who walked with me and showed the way to the room. This service should be an option to everyone. Mediocre food per my opinion. Choose wisely. If you're just looking to drink / party and have fun and accommodations and other perks aren't important to you, have at it. This will likely be ok for you.
