Beachy Gem is a cute home in the heart of Crystal Beach near the Big Store, Waterslide, and Crystal Beach Plaza for all your shopping needs. This home has many amenities to make your vacation memorable. The granite, stainless steel kitchen has all the basics to make cooking meals easy while on vacation. This home is sure to be a hit for your family! This home has WIFI. You will find the login information located near the TV. Stream all your favorite shows and movies. This home allows 6 vehicles to park in its driveway. Downstairs, you will find a picnic table and lots of covered space in the shade. You will find a charcoal grill in the closet behind the garage. After a fun day at the beach, you will enjoy rinsing away sand and sunscreen in the outdoor shower. This home is a rare "gem" that you'll be glad you discovered! All three bedrooms have a queen bed to enjoy. This home is pet-friendly with a $200 pet fee.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
