The Space:

Pirate's Cove is a stunning beachfront beauty, with 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, and enough space for 32 people. It is perfect for weddings, church retreats, or family reunions. This is a high-end property on the front row of the beach with beautiful views, two levels of upper decks, and vast entertainment areas. You'll find ample parking for events and guests and 1/3 mile of unobstructed beach view! This house is fire!



Enjoy two separate great room areas that provide plenty of space for everyone to relax. The main floor living/kitchen area has a sumptuous sectional sofa and a Roku television. (High speed internet is available throughout the property.)

The kitchen features dual refrigerators, dual coffee makers - both Keurig and regular drip, and much more for large groups. There is a 15-seat kitchen bar and a family-sized table on the patio. The home theater boasts a 70-inch smart Roku TV for your personal streaming services, as well as an HDMI cable for XBox or other gaming systems. You will also have an on-site washer and dryer for your convenience.



The primary suite is located on the main floor, and features a king bed and an amazing ensuite bathroom with a glass 2-person shower. In addition, there's a second bedroom with a king bed, and three more bedrooms that offer one queen bed in each. Then there are the bunk rooms - each bunk bed has its own phone charging plug! The first bunkroom has 2 queen over queen over queen triple bunks. The next also has 2 queen over queen over queen triple bunks. All bedrooms have flat-screen televisions and antenna TV. Each room is named individually like “Hydrotherapy” or “Sotally-Tober”. Younger people love the nicknamed beds like One-Eyed Jack, Blackbeard or Miss Windjammer!

You'll appreciate the bathrooms with their private water closets, high end tile and glass showers.



At the ground level, you'll find a huge shaded entertainment area with a concrete bar, charcoal grill, and plenty of space for extra seating. There is also an outdoor sand shower and and a small bathroom.

The large yard can also be utilized for events, and it features a sprinkler system to keep it looking great all year long!

For your convenience, there is night-activated safety lighting outside, and the stairway to the home has covered access, keeping you dry in case of rain.



Accommodate up to 62 people when you rent Pirate's Beach, which is adjoined by an elevated sky bridge. This amazing property is designed for groups and weddings!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
