We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Please note this is a private suite at the back of the home, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.

Our guest space is completely private and you have your own parking spot in the driveway. If you need laundry done, please message us so we can coordinate accordingly. As well as more dishes for eating.

Perfect for a place to crash.
I had a business trip where I just needed a place to rest my head at night. The room was clean and cozy. This place was ideal to stay at due to location and price. It is exactly how described. As long as you don't mind a little noise here and there throughout the night this place is perfect. I would say no more noise than staying at a hotel.

Place hadn't been cleaned in several guests and I found the door unlocked!
The place hadn't been cleaned in several guests. I base this on: blood stains on bedsheets and mattress protector, mildew smelling towels, multiple different colors of soap on the shower walls, urine and layers of dust on the outside of the toilet, grime between the faucet knobs, caked on dust on the exhaust fan and ceiling fan, trash and dirt under the bed, leftover trash in the mini fridge, and cobwebs in the window. I have pictures to prove it all. I asked the host for clean bedsheets and towels, and to clean the place. She left two Wal-Mart bags on my door step full of new towels and sheets. I asked her if there was a washer/dryer on the property. She said yes and asked if I wanted the sheets dryed also? I told her yes and that I could make the bed myself. I waited until 10:30pm to receive them back. However, she never washed the towels. When I remade the made, I saw the mattress protector hadn't been washed since it was bled on. The pillows were disgusting...lumpy and stained. She never addressed my messages about the the rest of the place needing cleaned. However, she remembered to send me a reminder letter to strip the bed and pick up the trash before I checked out. Loftium did return my cleaning fee. While I wanted my money back out of principle, I felt bad for all the people that were paying for a service and not getting it. It was so obvious. Finally, they told there was an a/c leak; and it was going to be repaired. I came back to the room being unlocked.

Sweet and Simple
This place was perfect for just me and when my son(15 yrs) could stay with me. The hosts are wonderful and they have it down. It was perfect for winding down from busy day. Peaceful and quiet, end of the cul-de-sac. The bathroom was a lovely surprise, seems newly remodeled. A cute, quaint place for accommodating 1-2 people.
