Flagrantly Violating Arizona No Smoke Laws

I reserved a room and the room was full of cigarette smoke. I told management to refund me and they offered a second room which was in the same condition. My children and I were physically harmed by the smoke. Hotels.com should not allow this hotel to be listed on its website.

Nasty apartment/ motel

I’ve been in a few rooms and each one was infested with roaches, I had to bring my own roach/raid spray and I felt so uncomfortable I wouldn’t take my shoes off but I didn’t leave because I already paid for the room! The tv channels weren’t programmed in and and the security/lock box to gain entry into the room was missing a few buttons in more than one room I reserved, it was in close proximity to my family so I got a room there a few times because it was convenient for me! The area is swarmed by zombie like drug addicts, constant loud music all times of the day and the security doesn’t do any securing according to the guidelines of him keeping the place! The rooms smelled like mildew and my girlfriend said she observed a roach giving birth right in front of her…she was so disgusted, I remember she saying she felt so gross after that! The linen was not all there, they were missing pillows and towels and in one room the main curtain providing privacy was missing and the whole room was on display for everybody who walked by could look in on you and see everything that your doing! The first initial lights to lighten up the room never worked in any of the rooms I stayed..you have to feel the walls in the dark at night to find a light switch to get the room lit up! They have the nerve to charge you these really absorbent high prices and more for a low quality room that isn’t even worth the lowest price motel!

Trash motel/apartments

They have roaches everywhere and majority and there amenities don’t work properly in the room…it’s cop and drug infested in there and all around the complex…sometimes the security codes don’t work which leaves you stuck outside and nobody answering the phones in the front desk to fix the problem…they have maintenance come fix the entry codes but others have your codes as well as you, so your never fully comfortable staying in the room that night! They sometimes don’t have clean linens or even enough for one person plus no pillowcases…place is highly disappointing

The place we had was nothing like the pictures, It was dirty and moldy smelling. Area around the place was a rough area of town. They would not refund my money for a week stay when we just stayed 1 night. Buyer Beware.

Hotel review- family unit

The room smelled like smoke. The area was rough, but the parking lot seemed secured. The room could be kept cleaner, for example extremely dirty vents. I saw one cockroach that looked to be dying. The price was good and the space was good but the smell and dirty appearance made me wish i had just paid a little more money for a better hotel.

Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and you don’t mind stale smells, scratched up furniture, mouse droppings and roach eggs, a loud ice maker and sketchy men walking around with their hands in their pants then you found the right place. If I was traveling without my husband I wouldn’t have stayed. I called the staff and complained but when she showed up and I told her about my concerns. She just asked was that it? I guess that was all normal for them. Not at all as nice as the pictures describe. It was old and outdated, like a ghetto apartment complex.
