The only good thing about the check in was Sara and Scott, they were helpful and accommodating. The 1st room -dirty had not been vacuumed, toilet didn’t flush. Drawers in bathroom broken, chandelier broken, stairway and hall to room dirt with trash on the floor. Lose tile on the kitchen floor. Sarah had Scott show us a second room that was acceptable. The second room front door looked like it was pried open at one point. Bathroom door hard to close, loose tile, curtain rod broke, kitchen sink didn’t drain, floor warped, chairs were damaged, poor lighting through out, Murphy bed unable to use, no trash cans, only beds for 4….we had 6. Hopefully the new owners can remodel. 24 hr security driving around a plus for the cars. The outside activity was questionable. I DID NOT appear safe to let my kids go to the pool. Electronic key pad for room entry- BAD Pictures online were not what we got.

Stayed 4 nights but for 2 nights one of the two toilets was leaking, making the bathroom unusable. Banister in apartment was loose. Manager was very responsive in getting these two items fixed, but it took 2 days. Pool was not heated as advertised (BIG disappointment). Stove fan did not work. Closet sliding doors were broken. Both TVs did not work and did not have the proper remotes. One desk lamp did not work. Apartment had 3 beds even though the reservation showed we had 4 beds. Had to call day of arrival because we had not yet received the entry code. Was told we first had to fill out a form and then the code would be sent. The form should have been provided without our having to call. Fire alarm went off around midnight and continued for some time before being turned off - false alarm. Location was OK and the manager was very responsive and available via texting. We will not stay here again.
