Rooms were dirty. AC unit was very loud and woke us up during the night. Door lock was intermittent and had to try 3-4 times before it would open. Staff was ok.

Not at all happy with this property. It was so dirty in the room. Towels had yellow spots on them and the sheets were also dirty. We had a 3 day reservation but left after the first night. We got in very late so we had to sleep there. Checked out early. Went through Travelocity so we contacted them about getting a refund for the additional 2 days. Hotel would was contacted several times and did NOT grant me a refund. Very disappointed considering they were able to rent out my room to another customer and could recoup the cost. Will never stay with them again.

Really nice that they arrange an Uber from the airport for you—super seamless getting to the property. The hotel is rundown, hallway floors dirty unvacuumed, got to the room and pulled one of the queen sheets back to find dirty socks at the bottom of the bed.

This hotel works for a one night stay close to the airport with a breakfast. It’s a little run down but clean. Very easy drive to the airport. The breakfast was eggs, yogurt, coffee and a lot of carbs (cereal, bread, pancakes, waffles.).

Noone was there when I checked out. Overcharged me for my room. You took a $100 deposit from me at checkin, and charged me another $180 and change. $281 for a room advertised for $170. Asked for a wakeup call...no call. The person at the desk in the morning had no clue! Totally disappointed.

The room was adequate but both elevators were temporarily out of order so it was difficult to get to our second floor room with all our luggage. Breakfast was nice with a good assortment of choices. The best thing was the shuttle to the airport was actually a private uber.

Staff was friendly. That was the only good thing. When we arrived and received our room key, we walked in and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor; bed unmade. They assigned us another room with an upgrade. One tv didn’t work; shower drain was clogged. My husband slipped in the shower and fell due to the water that collected in the bottom of the tub as he showered. Luckily he was not hurt badly. Elevators were slow and/or not working. People reported to us that they had been stuck on them. I will be writing a letter to the hotel regarding the situation. I do not recommend this place even tho it is close to Sky Harbor.
