The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Our flight landed at 6:30am and check in was not until 4pm. We arrived at the hotel around 8am asking if we were able to check in early. I had called the day before and they said it depends on availability when we got there. There were no rooms available yet, but they gave us access to the property. We sat on a shaded couch on the rooftop with amazing views and were checked in to our room before 10am! For no extra charge. The hotel was so clean and quiet. They have complimentary bicycles in the lobby as well. This hotel is in such a prime location. Our flight leaving was not until 4pm, but we were able to check out late, again no charge, at 1pm instead of 11am. Cannot wait to come back to this hotel!

Downstairs on the first level of the building it was incredibly hot and humid. Parking is $25 per night underground. The first room we got the key to, was still dirty from previous stay and have pictures. The second room we got the key for which was on the same floor but a lot longer walk - we were told it was an upgrade but the view of the room was over the back alley - terrible “upgrade” and if all upgrades are like that - no thank you. Staff were okay, we enjoyed dinner which was good and our server Cece was phenomenal- reason you get two stars and not 1.

Beautiful property great staff very helpful. Very polite nice pool. They could’ve kept the pool a little bit colder considering it was a little bit of a sauna in there but it’s OK. Rooms are beautiful very clean. Hotel is beautiful very clean. Smell smells amazing in the hotel.

First the digital key didn’t work which wasn’t a huge deal but the AC was either not working or working poorly. The lobby was probably 85 degrees or more, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy the food or bar and the room AC maybe got the room to 80. Upon room entry we had a giant roach in the sink although didn’t see anymore. Overall not having AC in the Phx heat isn’t ideal.

Excellent hotel- we throughly enjoyed our stay . Breakfast was amazing and the facilities in the hotel were great. Fashion square was walking distance as well as other dining and shopping options. The only negative comment is that the gym equipment particularly the treadmills were not clean that area could do with a regularly clean. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

I love the lifestyle boutique hotel. The canopy offers. We stayed at one in Chicago 3 years ago and really enjoyed ourselves, so I made it a point to find another one in Scottsdale. It's a home way from home and feels commensurate with the type of comforts we enjoy. The only thing I didn't like was the paid parking. I thought it was a little bit too expensive

The rooms were absolutely stunning and we loved the amenities such as the complimentary bike rentals and gorgeous rooftop pool and bar! Definitely went to stay here again next time!

First off hotel is absolutely gorgeous & modern & extremely clean with friendly staff. The biggest downside personally is that it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. Not much going around by the hotel. Another issue we experienced which is why we are leaving this hotel with 3 stars is that the lobby/ elevators are extremely hot & it doesn’t feel like any air conditioner is on and or working. This was very unpleasant as we came to Arizona in August and the temperature outside climbs to 110+. Coming down from a cool room to taking an extremely hot elevator ride down to the lobby and the lobby being hot was a huge turn off. Please consider elsewhere for your stay
