The staff is excellent, but the room was old and there were real glaring errors. The sink would not drain; the shower took forever to get even warm water; no tissue; door was all chipped up, and the flooring was uneven which made my friend slip and almost fall. We will not be back.

Mr. Palmer, I do apologize that we didn't have a room upgrade available for you. We do our best to accommodate our Guests requests, but we aren't always able to.

Within 1 hour of falling asleep the first night I was stung by a scorpion in bed! Plus, we were supposed to receive free breakfast as part of our package for 2 adults and 1 child. However, that was not true at all! Either Travelocity or Boulders was dishonest. Once we checked in we found out it was only $50 per morning ($25 per person). But we had 3 ppl clearly on our reservation. Their defense was the room had a “capacity” of only 2 ppl for a two double bed room. So either the child that was on the actual reservation does not count as human or I suppose we were to leave her outside our room! Most ridiculous excuse. And the food in the only restaurant serving breakfast is priced so high that breakfast for three ran over $100 each morning. The “free” breakfast was not honored, they did nothing as a result of my being stung. Travelocity didn’t help us. The place seemed a bit run down in places. One morning our breakfast took almost an hour to come out and then the yogurt was served in a very dirty dish ( looked like dried guacamole). We went to them 3 times to honor this offer and they did not. Guest beware. Would not return. Hilton resorts are certainly not the level of guest service they used to be - shame shame! I will also mention that twice we had to wait so long for a cart that we ended up having to walk in 105 degree heat. One of the golf cart drivers ran over and killed a baby quail on a path even when we asked them to wait until it was done crossing.

We had a great trip! The only thing we were a little disappointed with was upon arrival, our room had not been cleaned in a while. I guess maybe no one had stayed in it recently, so we had to request them to come clean the bathroom, get fresh towels, etc. After that, everything went well.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Only negative feedback is that we could hear the guests in the next room very clearly. Luckily there is plenty to do outside of the room but not a lot of privacy.
