Stay somewhere else if going to Mayo

This hotel get's away with a lot because of it's proximity to Mayo. Hard to not feel like it's taking advantage of people like myself who are there to get medical treatment. They have a pretty bold policy of only cleaning your room 1/week. Every 3 days they will do a miniclean which means make your bed and take your trash. The dust was terrible in Scottsdale so I asked for a full clean twice and they just said no. Also, they just don't have breakfast on Fridays. Why? No reason. In addition to this the hallways were just always dirty. See attached photos for what it was like on a daily basis.

Very busy stay with youth team's

Baseball and soccer league teams 8 to 12 year olds. Lot of noise, running up and down the halls till about 11pm. Under staffed during winter hrs. with events like that. Pool and Hot tub very nice. One entry door broke and need of repair. Out side fire place in need of repair. Arin the manager very helpful and informative.

Spring Training and family visit.

Location was good for me as I needed to be in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills this visit. Shower was a bit piercing for my taste. Didn’t know that they only maintain room after 3 night during a a 5 day stay.

The area is very relaxing compared to other hotels. There is a grocery store, brewery, and other restaurants close by (although not walking distance). We would definitely stay here again.

Repair the entrance to the hotel

Just so everyone knows.. There is a ridiculous parking fee added.. ( if the resort needs $7.00 more a day, just put it your nightly amount to begin with.. No back door charges.. Mercy)…..And how about they put that money to the entrance of the hotel… Be careful pulling in you may need a front end allignment…( its been like that for over a year now)……

When we got to hotel there was no sofabed, they were able to move us to a smaller room with a sofabed but it didnt have a patio or as much square footage.

It was just for 1 night so review is based on that. We we put about as far from entrance as possible. That was ok just inconvenient. Not sure who was above us but they could not have stomped any harder while walking until well after midnight. Pillows were on the firm to hard side for my taste. Front desk people were fantastic and very friendly so this review doesnt reflect on them at all. I am sure if we had stayed longer the other issues could have been worked out. We stay here because of the proximity to the Mayo Clinic so will probably stay again but will bring my own pillows.
