The street appeal was good, the lobby was nice and clean. The young lady that checked us in and checked us out was not very personable and inviting. The outside walk way to our room was very dirty and garbage bags were sitting outside the rooms.

This property is very deceiving from the pictures if the pool is not clean there is no amenities the hotel rooms are not very clean there’s trash on site as you walk in this is more of a two star Motel six not a Hilton.The ice machine was filthy there is no daily housekeeping service they have no bar with top shelf drinks the food is very limited there is no free coffee and you’re only allowed one roll of toilet paper. I do not recommend staying here for a vacation

We understand your frustration; however, we would have rectified them if they were brought to our attention while you were at the hotel. BRIX Kitchen+Cocktails does offer top shelf liquor with complete breakfast and dinner menus. We provide complimentary coffee in you guest suites. Prior to your arrival we sent you an email alerting you to our cleaning protocols. We provided you with a welcome letter that also detailed servicing of your suite and how amenities could be re-stocked. We only wish you gave us the opportunity to assist you while you were still here.
