Woodrow, we are very disappointed we did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration; however, we would have rectified them if they were brought to our attention while you were at the hotel. BRIX Kitchen+Cocktails does offer top shelf liquor with complete breakfast and dinner menus. We provide complimentary coffee in you guest suites. Prior to your arrival we sent you an email alerting you to our cleaning protocols. We provided you with a welcome letter that also detailed servicing of your suite and how amenities could be re-stocked. We only wish you gave us the opportunity to assist you while you were still here.
