Overall, this was an acceptable stay. The room was clean, front desk staff professional. We liked that there was a fitness room, but found it uncomfortable (and maybe unsafe) to use because there were so much crammed in the space. One of each cardio machine is enough leaving space to do stretching, mobility and strength moves. The complimentary breakfast - not the best we’ve had, but acceptable. We appreciated the airport shuttle service very much. It is a shame that the hotels in this area have virtually no food outlets within walking distance (save one in the nearby Hilton which was quite pricey) - or even a gas station convenience store. The facility sells convenience items in-house but the items are pricey ($4 for a 20oz bottle of soda….). One would think that, since they are located in an inconvenient spot - they would offer these items at reasonable prices (at least comparable to what a gas station would charge).

Shuttle service not working due to permit issue, but offered and paid for our Lyft. Elevator was out of service The drinks for breakfast were off. Coffee and juices from machines tasted watery for me and my husband. Front desk person named Elora was very friendly. Property itself was outdated, but the rooms were clean.

I have stayed here many times and for the most part have liked our time here. But the last couple times have been very disappointing. When you check out they check your room before releasing your cash deposit. On one occasion my son had thrown up the last night and I used a towel to clean it up. And I was charged 10 dollars for the towel. Fast forward to this weekend . I sat my shoes on the bed while getting dressed and they were dusty from going to the rodeo the night before. It left a dusty shoe print that could be dusted off with one swipe but I was charged for it. When I told them what it was they argued with me and said they still have to charge

Would be 5 stars across the board EXCEPT for parking. If you drive anything much bigger than a pickup, get there early. Only standard size parking spots and they were all about fiiled at 5 PM. Great value otherwise.
