The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking and my shower the next day was luke warm. The bed was very uncomfortable. The only plus was the front counter staff were very friendly and nice.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. I am sorry your stay was not up to our standards. We do charge $250 to those caught smoking in the hotel and run a ozone machine to filter the air. I wish guest were more respectful of the rules. I will pass this on to the housekeeping manager and thank you for your feedback.

Had a first floor room that was inundated with water falling from the room above. Must have been a busted water pipe or an over flow of tub. Not pretty!

There were no towels and it was hard to get them! The room wasn't ready for us and we were so tired! the phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk. I had to walk down twice to get the towels.

The only thing I appreciate about the experience was being able to cancel the reservations (two rooms) after checking in and was fully refunded. I canceled my reservations less than one hour of checking in. The first room we went into reeked of cigarettes so I asked to be moved to a different room. The room odor of the new room was less offensive. The second room’s odor was musty. During COVID times it did not seem like the COVID room cleanliness was practiced. I actually got a headache from the smell of the first room. We were a party of six (adults and children) and all of us smelled the odor of the rooms and did not feel comfortable staying there. Pros - 1.) Cancellation Cons - 1.) A shuttle driver was not available next day (one of the reasons for selecting this location) because the driver quit. I was told I can take a cab and it will be paid for by the hotel. 2.) Poor unsanitary odor of all three rooms. 3.) Dog feces by the side entrance where we unloaded our luggages I almost stepped in. 4.) One guest had a pitbull dog but fortunately she was friendly. 5.) Pictures are VERY misleading. 6.) Recent reviews are VERY misleading. I agree more with the negative reviews. 7.) inconvenience of looking for another hotel. I hate leaving this negative review. I believe in support businesses thrive; however, during precedent times like this it’s imperative for businesses to do their due diligence in providing quality assurance in room sanitation.

In a great location near the airport and car rental return. The room was clean; however, a broken towel rack was lying on the counter and there was no hair dryer. Service at front desk was excellent, check in and check out was easy. Would stay here again.
