Chaotic entrance

Lobby area clean. They only offer coffee and tea for breakfast; luckily eateries in walking distance. Clean room, floors may need sweeping a bit, old chipped tub. Check-in chaotic with fire alarm going off and only one person checking in clients. Two other staff came to help but really spent most of their time talking to each other. Primary staff trying to hear conversation while attending Check-in 's. Very distracting. They were pleasant.

Very helpful for checkin time Unsafe to get too; and hard to get in to the location and very hard to get out of location during traffic and no traffic stop signs or stoplights The website had no acknowledgement that a deposit is required. Booked on-line and paid for 2 rooms in advance at time of advanced booking. Notification received that deposit required for damages. This establishment doesn’t follow thru with damage repair because rooms had previous damage repaired. After entry of rooms, immediately found major damages. Pictures have been taken a shown to desk clerk. She made notes in computer. Keeping pictures on file and if deposit is not refunded with checkout within 24 hours our attorney, will be contacted. Very disappointing!

This is probably one of the worst hotel stays in my life. There was hair everywhere including on the sheets, the shower curtain, the sink, the soap holder in the shower area. I could tell that the floor weren’t clean by the amount of dirt/shoe prints on the floor. I don’t think they replaced the shower curtain, there was still stains on it. The room was so dusty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
