The staff is great but the hotel is not! The location is terrible and unsafe for families. No fridge or microwave unless you pay more. We upgraded rooms and the new room had dirty towels hanging on shower rod, hair everywhere, moles in shower, stains everywhere. The only things that is good about this hotel is the staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind.

Very dirty, homeless all around, staff was very rude and snobby. Place was so gross we cancelled rooms and left to a different location. Rooms were never refunded as said they would be and lost out on $400+ dollars. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The front desk was unattended when I arrived. There was no sign indicating when an employee would return. When the employee returned 12 minutes after I arrived he was rude and unprofessional. When I got to my room it smelled like pet urin. I expressed my concern to the front desk and was treated with more unprofessionalism. I’ve stayed at over 100 hotels in my lifetime. This was amungst the top 3 worst experiences I’ve had.

Being hard asleep in the room and having someone open the door and turn on the light around midnight is not ideal. Clipboard in hand and apologizing that not knowing the room was occupied really didn't make it much better. Few things wrong about that situation
