The host attempted three different times to charge my card, and by the third time my bank locked my card and the host claimed she has no idea who tried to charge $380…. All the while I already made reservations and paid for my stay through Expedia. It was very uncomfortable.

Location is very convenient if you use public transportation. Front desk offers free luggage storage after check out which is much appreciated for me. Wall is not sound approved, but heating is quiet and warm. Overall satisfaction.

The mattress was terrible, all springs, and the wifi didn’t seem to work. The whole place is also very worn with shoddy re-tiling and carpet over dips in the floor. But, the staff were kind and helpful. I felt safe (solo woman), and the location was excellent for the convention center and food options

Room was very clean and the entire hotel quite nostalgic. Only gripes are the toilets are set a bit low and the shower water alternated between warm and really hot!
