Breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no protein available, not even peanut butter, cream cheese or even butter for the bagels. No eggs whatsoever. As a diabetic I was appalled that everything available was loaded with carbohydrates and sugar. Compared with other Best Westerns i stayed at this week this place was lacking in the food dept

Rooms were clean but construction and renovation was in progress. Office relocated to a guest room and parking areas torn up as well. Functioning to stay open. Beds are comfortable and rooms have been modernized. Lots of nicer choices in the area. Beach area closed as well but you can see the lake.

Unfortunately, they were repaving their whole parking lot and entryway. So it was noisy and stinky. Also made it a bit of a challenge to get around. It would’ve been nice to know. If we would’ve known, we would’ve gone to a different hotel.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We needed a one night stay close to the airport, and after being on the road for two weeks we were just hoping for a comfy bed. We received excellent service at check-in, the room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. A 7-minute drive to the airport. The only small snag was the driveway being paved, so we had to park far away from our room. I would recommend this hotel for people traveling through the Phoenix area.
