The airport shuttle was nice and the room clean and decently decorated, but it’s a motel in an ugly area, so window shades stayed shut m, making for a dark room and I managed to walk past a prostitute on my way to the room. Have no idea how it managed an 8.6 rating.

The area around the front of the gate was surrounded by folks from the homeless shelter just down the block. The lights were very dim at 8pm. We had told the folks that we not going to make it by four pm to receive our refund. It was a very unsafe area for a family to be placed in.

Property was a motel with room doors on the exterior. It was located in an area that was not safe for walking and had no nearby restaurants and no restaurant at the property. The physical building was well maintained and the room was clean and the desk staff helpful. But I didn't stay and moved to a different hotel because of lack access to restaurants and room door on exterior. Property should be described as a motel not a hotel.

Good value for money motel

Clean, comfortable, well decorated room and bathroom. AC worked well as did the appliances. As I was very tired at check in, I left my passport at reception and they returned it safely to my room before we left. Great service!

They screwed up my reservation and I was charged for a night I was not even in Phoenix. When I called they could have cared less. Never got to speak with a manager and the person on the phone had a totally bad attitude. I stayed at a different property when I arrived in Phoenix.
