Upside: The house was well located for restaurants and shopping. Garage parking was a huge plus. WiFi was excellent. Washer and dryer were nice. TVs and fireplace were nice. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Downside: all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Steps are steep and laminate flooring. Back door handle was broken and came off in my hand. When we arrived the grass in the back yard was waist high. Yard crew showed up at 8am Friday to mow and weed yard. City garbage cans were overflowing outside and hadn’t been emptied in quite a while.
