Staff was very friendly, the hotel is conveniently located to the highway. Breakfast is about a 3/10. Our biggest complaint is the hotel is in a horrible location for the homeless hanging out on corner and near and around parking lot and the rooms were ok. We were kept awake for hours at night people in hallways, coming in late and being loud, banging noises. We did not feel safe there. We did not get a good night rest at all. The entrance door in the middle of the hallway where the front desk told us to enter using our pass keys didn’t shut properly; therefore is someone was careless anyone could come in. Very disappointed ! We stayed at days inn in Mesa and it was fabulous! Don’t go by the name as it’s obvious they are not standard of quality.

Staff wasn’t the nicest, but our room was clean every time we same back. I wish they would have let us know ahead of time they were remodeling. On day we wanted to stay in and relax and we couldn’t because they were drilling into the walls and other construction.

Clean and comfortable with security measures. Would be nice to have extending makeup mirror at the vanity. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board a nice touch. Microwave and fridge very usefull. Linens a bit threadbare. Pleased to see Activa at breakfast, and the waffle maker.

They tried to accuse me of smoking in my room, which I didn't. They tried to charge me $50 for smoking. The breakfast was trash, the Madeline's were stale, the coffee was watered down and there was not a very many options. The first few days I stayed there the husband and wife were really kind and helpful. The other staff that came in after them were rude and disrespectful.
