This might possibly be the worst "Hotel" that I have ever stayed with. As I was pulling up, it looked like an abandoned property. The entire property is very run down, paint peeling off the walls. The room was seriously outdated, fixtures falling apart, floors & carpet very dirty... The room stunk like wet animals & it took 2 cans of air freshener to cover/clear it up. I had to break into my room every time I entered it since the keycard lock barely worked. After the 2nd set of key cards, the maintenance man tried to show me how it worked & it took 3 attempts for him to get it to work. The inside deadbolt lock did not work. The HVAC attempted to work but struggled & was seriously noisy. The only reason I stayed was that it was NYE & everything in the area sold out.

Our building was just painted, there is no paint peeling off our walls. Our carpets are being professionally cleaned as the last owners did not take care of the property. I cannot do them all at once so we are doing as many a week as we can.Your feedback is very important to us, please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at La Quinta Inns & Suites, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations.We are under new Ownership and are currently starting renovations which includes painting, paving, carpets and room renovations. There was food left in the microwave of the first room and as trying he maid was cleaning that I went to them bathroom and found fentinal on the floor of the bata
