The room was awful. Door was bashed in and barely latched. The entire room was filthy with who knows what stains and liquid all over the walls and floor and door. Trash behind the beds. Duct tape on the back of the door and holes and bashed up spots on the walls. Blood on the air conditioning unit. It was like someone got into a bar fight inside the room. Also heard another family go to reception and complain about similar things in a different room. Beyond the room, the entire place is run down, smells awful, and is in a bad area. Lots of interesting people walking around at all times yelling at each other. Do not stay here if you can manage to stay somewhere else.

This place is covered with drug abusers and they were outside our hotel fighting and yelling all night. me and my partner did not feel safe at all. there’s trash all over the property and mold in the bathrooms and each room even if non smoking wreaks of cigarettes. Don’t stay here unless you want to feel like a crackhead will bust into your door at any moment.

Room was filthy and smelled like someone who had not showered had been camping in it while smoking and doing who knows what else. Flies dead on floor. Half drank big gulp left in room. Shady people lurking about against walls. Looked like people were living there as I saw cats handing out in windows of other rooms. I left and did not stay it was that bad.

All I can really say is, go look at your room before you book. It really is worth paying the extra extra for a hotel with a better rating. The people working were very friendly and helpful. But there was a lot of trash in the area and some questionable characters.

honestly the worst hotel stay i have ever had. The room was filthy, rug and furniture was trashed. The room smelled of smoke and mildew. There were bugs in the bath tub. The bathroom walls had open gaps in the drywall and cracks in the tape joints that you could fit your finger into. The property itself is being used for transitional housing by the city of Phoenix, I felt unsafe the whole time i was there, I left after the fist night of a 3 night reservation and tried to get a refund but the hotel refused so I paid for 2 additional nights at another property. Never use this property!
