We asked for a room change because we didn’t want to be by pool and the person at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.We got a room facing the parking lot that was quiet which we needed because we had to get up early. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a trainwreck with inadequate staff. They do not provide a buffet; they only give one dmall cup of coffee. Breakfast choices limited. They had staff laughing snd talking while one person tried to serve. She was conscientious and her presentation lovely but 30 mins to get served!
