Definitely a must stay!

Allison at the front desk was so professional and friendly, and she helped us so much by making sure we were comfortable. We were in Phoenix for appointments at Mayo Clinic, and will be returning in a few weeks for surgery, and will definitely be staying here again. Ellen at Breakfast was great, too. She was friendly and efficient in keeping breakfast service running smoothly.

Excellent property! Would recommend and would stay again if need to return for appointment. Close to Mayo. Close to shopping and eating establishments. Rooms were bid and clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and was easy to get around for us and my special needs kids (adults). Very impressed with this place. My request for 2 rooms together also accommodated Spending 4 days there for Mayo appointments can be nerve racking and these accommodations made it much easier to handle. Breakfast time could have lasted a little longer (lasted only 6:30 am-9:30am). I was hoping for at least 10 or 10:30 am wormy SN kids but it is what it is, you take the good with the bad!! Other than that?! Great hotel 👍👍👍👍👍

There was an issue with charging the deposit for one of the rooms, which had something to do with Expedia, and it took us about 30 mins to check-in. Other than that, it was a great room in a nice area.
