Sadly, this hotel was not worth the $364/night they were charging. Very clean & staff is great. The place is surrounded by homeless people. We had planned on walking to the Convention Center for an event we were there for but did not feel safe doing so.

Clean, absolutely quiet, easy parking, good complimentary breakfast (loved the ready-made yummy omelettes), family-friendly and walkable to good restaurants and entertainment venues. And, affordable for peak (spring training) season.
