Airport Shuttle was hard to find as we didn’t see any so took a taxi. Have booked to go back to the airport in the morning. Staff friendly and very helpful. Bistro has good food and staff excellent. Room is clean and comfortable enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a lay over. Thank you Holiday Inn.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was nice and clean and the beds are wonderful. we only slept there as we were in the the Charlie Kirk funeral, so were not there much. But looked really nice.

Fridge issues

I have stayed here many times for classes I take. It is super close to the airport which does not benefit me. The staff is very friendly. I always bring food with to save money and time. This is the second time all my food has frozen in the fridge. I kinda assumed when I noticed that they had remodeled and it looked like a newer fridge, that I was safe. Checked for temp controls, nothing obvious🤔 so loaded it up. But after one night everything was frozen solid. When I brought it up to the front desk (2 times) I was told we will let maintenance know…not ‘I apologize’. I feel this is more on the part of the hotel policies…not the staff. But seems pretty simple to apologize. Also could’ve offered me some vouchers for the restaurant as a kindness. But nothing. Pretty basic customer service. I spent money on food that was wasted because of the faulty fridge and it was barely acknowledged.
