The room was comfortable, but when arrived back to the hotel room wasn’t cleaned, kept having to go get towels and rags instead of it being brought to the room. My keycard kept deactivating, the service representative the male he was professional, not sure when speaking.

We paid $40 extra to check in early (because our room was held hostage if we didn't). This allowed us to get ready for the Fiesta Bowl. When we returned back after midnight we went to bed and heard 3 dogs next door barking periodically. We shared a wall with the room with the loud dogs. Barely slept that night and then had to drive 6 hours back to San Diego with little sleep. Talked to front desk and she did not seem concerned at all. Will probably neve stay at a La Quinta again if this is the level of empathy and customer service they have.

Front desk was rude and did not do anything to our complaints and requests. Room was lousy, dark, noisy and sheets horrible. No comforter and shower had flimsy curtain which would not cover while taking shower. Pool dirty and cold being outdoors. Front desk said I need to get shower curtain myself if I needed to cover while showering Awful experience. Did not sleep at all and front desk didn’t do anything to make our stay comfortable. Never stay here. Instead of help the manager was rude

Wow! What a terrible stay. Firstly the breakfast was of woeful quality and all of the food was bordering on toxic. They even had s plastic/ silicone based non stick spray to put on the on waffle machine. Secondly they failed to do our housekeeping or refresh towels, despite our having spoken to the housekeeping staff outside our room when we departed for the day. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

Checking in was easy and the check-in clerk was helpful and friendly. The whome process was quick and eady. I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and accomodating.

The room was clean. Beds were a little too hard. Not firm but hard. Bathroom fan didn’t work so it got swampy during even the briefest of showers. Shower drain backed up quickly to where a five minute shower resulted in ankle deep water.

Comfortable bed. Dog-friendly. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. The service at the front desk was great. Would recommend staying in a room on the 2nd floor and/or away from the front area though if you are a light sleeper. Location close to the 10 FWY.

Inconvenience with our keys, 2 nights in a row were deactivated and we had to walk all around the building! The rest on was for dusty and the television turned off which s message that had to do with the server. There was a roach on one of the towels that supposedly had yo be clean since it was stored underneath the sink, it seems they don’t bother to clean or fumigate. Horrible!!!!!
